Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with UPSC Answer Check. This policy explains the refund and cancellation terms for all paid subscriptions. We believe in transparency and fair practices, ensuring you understand your rights and our commitment to your satisfaction.

Free Plan

Our free plan requires no payment, and therefore no refund policy applies. You can use the free tier of UPSC Answer Check at no cost and cancel or stop using it anytime without any obligations or charges.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your paid subscription anytime from your account settings. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have full access to all premium features until your billing period ends. Please note that no partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you are unsatisfied with UPSC Answer Check. To qualify, you must not have used more than 15 evaluations on your account. To request a refund, please email our support team at support@indiaschool.ai with your request details.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• After the 7-day window: Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after your first payment are not eligible.
• Excessive usage: If you have used more than 15 evaluations on your account.
• Renewal payments: Charges for subscription renewals. To avoid renewal charges, please cancel before your renewal date.
• Terms violation: If your account has been terminated due to violation of our terms of service.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

1. Send an email to support@indiaschool.ai
2. Include your registered email address associated with your account
3. Provide your transaction ID from your payment receipt
4. Explain your reason for requesting the refund

Refund requests are processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method via PayU.
